Terms & Conditions

All players, their parents, guardians and/or custodians, hereby completely release Luis Ramirez and anyone assisting him, Volley Hawaii, its owner, from any and all liability for all claims and lawsuits of any type whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to any training, camps or lessons by Coach Luis Ramirez. Player's participation in any said training, camps or lessons constitutes players' and his/her parents', guardians' and custodians' consent to the terms in this liabiity waiver and media release.
